Our Umbrella

So, Herman must have spent hours teaching me how to include video in my posts. He is a great teacher, even from so far away! This is the song I wrote and played at my friend Donna's wedding. I know the picture is a little dark from me sitting right in front of a lamp, but I'll know better for next time. Hope you enjoy it!

Thanx tsabikos!

I wish I could brag that I've taught you everything you know about singing, but the closest I can come is to accuse you of having stolen all my singing chromosomes....

Ellen: That's too funny. I'll trade you some singing chromosomes for some cooking and baking ones!

By the way, blogging buddies, tsabikos is my friend Kiki from Greece. I'm so glad to be back in touch with her.

You are a talented singer and writer. Maybe the writing part is from Auntie Ellen? I'm jealous. My husband, and children are musically talented and I couldn't hit a note with a hammer. I guess I'll have to get by on my looks...

Penny is starting to sound like me..couldn't hit a note with a hammer...that just slays me! Anyway I'm still a little rusty but I'm workin' on it and before long I'll be playing my saxophone along with your video without any problems. I love to hear your voice when you sing, it's just so pure. Lots of talent there young lady.

I have an idea, but don't know how to realize it yet.
When Curtis could play a background tune on his sax, tape it or brand it on a CD, and Sharon does the same, we could mix that together. That would be an experiment! Send both audio (and video) to me and I will try to put it together. :-) Think about it. Nothing is impossible.

Uh Oh...Herman's on a mission.

Hi Curtis, let's start a conversation in Sharon's blog, very funny and Sharon gets a lot of comments! :-)

Working out some ideas in Blogger brings so much fun to all of us. I like new ideas. And experimenting can lead to new and exciting results. What do you think? :-)

Visiting from your Auntie Ellen's.

Hey Curtis, I'm honoured to be placed in your ranks. Herman's got a great idea. Sharon, before you know it, you're gonna be a big celebrity, with your voice, Curtis' instrumental prowess, and Herman's technical know-how.

I can't believe I have not commented on this till now!(LOL we have been living together for more than a year now)

Sharon as you well know you melt me ever time you sing...your voice is that of an Angel.

Just so you all know, her voice is even more incredible when she does not know any one is there! I will stand just outside of the room she is in and listen, she puts me in a trance every time.

Love you Sharon, XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO
